If you read the entire interview you'll get a lot of information, but I'll summarize it for the lazy people.
Pre-CB = Pre-Closed beta
CB = Closed Beta
OB = Open Beta
1. How Can I join Alpha Testing and has it Started?
- Check This Link (http://do.us.changyou.com/PR/pr01.shtml) to learn how to join, and yes it has started, but don't worry if you don't get an invite since Pre-CB Starts Soon.
2. When Does Pre-CB Start?
- Pre-CB starts on July 2nd, 2009 Thursday. No Specific time announced yet.
3. How Can I Join Pre-CB?
- You can Join Pre-CB by getting an invitation or by getting a key from certain MMORPG websites that will be announced later.
4. When Does Pre-CB end?
- August 6th.
5. When Does CB Start/end?
- It will Start around August 13 and last until September 9th.
6. When Does OB Start?
- Day after CB on September 10th
7. Will There Be A Character Wipe after Pre-CB/CB/OB?
- From what I got from the interview there might be a wipe after Pre-CB, but there would not be one for CB/OB
Think this about covers most the questions I see from other beta forums anyways most important thing is be patience.. Just find something else to do while waiting.
