Hi, I wanted to store a few items on another char on the same acc. However, when I opened the bank with the other char, the items did not show. So I take it the characters don't share bank space? Also, I'm confused as to what the locker does. What's the point of putting things in there if you can't withdraw it for 3 days? Any help would be apreciated.

I guess this would mean muling requires a collusive guild member that you trust or two computers/two accounts (violating TOS) or a machine running two editions of the client from different ports. It would also be a good idea to run an IP spoof at the very least to prevent identification of abuse.

Note: This is entirely hypothetical and not meant to teach or recommend violations of the terms of service. This reply is intended to take a slightly sarcastic tone so that the OP and onlookers might realize that bank sharing, at this time, is against the TOS. Shared bank space may be suggested as a future pay-to-play item, but players that need the bank space will find that additional in-game space is available and trying to game for free space is both tedious and disrecommended...

Really? Cranking out an extra level 11 just so you can store some extra junk? Sell it!

I have a lot of stuff that isn't "junk". Materials, Weapons/Armor I want to use later, etc. There just isn't enough space in my bag and storage for all of this. Added to this fact that there are a lot of drops in this game and so few bag space; lvl 5 bag/grid box is useful but not enough.

This is a very misleading answer I'm afraid. You can have up to three accounts and run two clients at the same time, that's not against the Terms of Service. I am too lazy to find the first thread about it but check: http://do.us.changyou.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=1885&highlight=account

Sorry for being misleading.

When I read the TOS, I did not read any specification regarding number of accounts per e-mail address except that it was a license to utilize the website service in limited fashion. Normally, "limited" in legalese means one account.
I was not aware of the 9 class caveat as explicated by a Guardian.

However, I'm pretty sure the TOS mentions abnormal gameplay. Muling could be presupposed under the abnormal gameplay clauses. Additionally, utilizing extra logins to grief or the use of bots is additionally prohibited under the affectation of the gameplay experience of others and abnormal gameplay.

I guess it makes sense to play at least one character of each class to get a scope of the richness of the game, however, I don't see muling or multi-playing as being particularly valuable. Why do for yourself what you can get your guild/kin/friends to do with their own account? I think it is a pity that certain players like the idea of online competition in an MMO sans online cooperation. I take it as a referendum as to why certain people prefer staying home and having fun on a computer rather than having a rip-roaring good time at a pub.

the 3 day time span s just for the time when u input a new password for bank....after u set a good pass ...u dnt need to wait 3 days everytime...just unlock the bank whenever u log in..........nd u see the pass is necessary since it keeps extra protection to ur gold and items u've deposited there...if someone gets ur acc..he cant open ur bank..so ur treasure will still be ursXD:)

I don't like multi-playing either but I have good reasons for muling or let's say using alts as storage because the inventory space and bank space is incredibly especially if you're interested in life skills. It has nothing to do with competition but of the mats stacking at low numbers, of gathering and producing for life skills being limited with your spirit/vigor and of the various items that are produced by life skills as a side product. I do or will need all of those and since I invest a good amount of time in life skills why should I throw all that time away by vendoring or selling them just because I don't have enough space?

I really don't like running two clients even for banking items but I'm pretty much forced to do so.

First off, I can have just as much fun at home, for a LOT LESS MONEY than I can at the pub. $20 at the ABC store can get me a WHOLE lot of 151 or Vodka, while $20 at the pub gets me three beers. Not to mention it isn't really plausible to go to the pub every night.

Second off, the need for additional space comes when you have more stuff than you can hold, but it is all stuff you are planning on using at some point. The way they stack things is silly in the game. Like, I have a few gems I'm going to be making into BETTER gems, which takes 5 of them, but they don't stack at all. A lot of the trade skill mats don't stack in large enough quantities, and I have to stockpile a lot of mats. More mats than fits on one character. I can't mail the mats to another character, like I can in WoW, so I have to mule them on a second account. Thanks like DP: Ice Block and such, I want to use them, later. So when I get them I save them. The double experience pills, I save some up for use when I need them, but they don't stack.
