Casting Help

I just can't figure out how to make weapons, the casting skill. (right?)

I'm 4x, learned casting and have a lot of processed materials. I can cook and make medicine fine, just cannot figure this one out. Going into the casting menu, where you would press "make" when selecting casting, there is nothing. And buying plans does nothing. All help is appreciated.

Go to your class and buy Level 4 Recipes, when you buy them right click them to study, then you will see what you can make :)
