Im needing some help with casting

Hi,
Ive figured out that in order to cast a weapon at lv >40 , I first have to buy the recipe n learn it. After learning the recipe, then I need an approriate casting plan together with the required materials to make that weapon rite?
The question i want to know is that ,where can i buy lv40 casting recipe? Ive searched around and can only find recipes for lv30 weapon. Could anyone with a better knowledge help me please? Thank you very much.

Hello Elegance,

To buy recipes of skills Level 4+ ( for now anyways since everything is lovked down ) you have to go to your class master. After level 40 he has an option where you can buy Level 2 - 7 recipes of Casting, Sewing, and Crafting. Each recipe costs a few contribution points so do a lot of thieves in your own class area, or do a lot of class quests to build up your con points. yea that is right as karamon said u also need a plan// plan lvl 5 to 10 is harder to get so if u see it buy and save for later b/c it only on sale 1 every 3 hours <u can buy lvl 5 plan in west Liao (snowfield entance) lvl 6 to 10 is sell in lou yang(chanmber left of telporter)or in su zhou (moral trader) or in croc island(if u high lvl to go there)lvl 4 plan can be purchased in SZ or lou yang Arm dealer area
