I really think some action needs to be taken against these people in HeartLess that are deliberately stalking and crashing our bosses!!! This is becoming harassment!!!!
Seems like they do it to a lot of people. Even heard of a few people quitting and moving to other games. Oh well guess will have to wait and see what action occurs. Goodluck Krissy!

And we move again!! And low and behold who comes to track us down again! GMs I am begging you to take action against this. They are way out of line!!you can see when we started boss they was in Luo Yang! So after their little stalking and we sat in town a few minutes they all went and did their own thing...

...btw, its not call "stalking". I am sure that many people in your guild was in my and my guild's enemy list. So it common for people to seek revenge simply by tracking them down. :)........... this thread make it look like Krissy is singing solo and Kave is doing the vocal =))

Kage...i speaking this from my own opinion..and not because I in HL.
You have no right to criticize or belittle any guild behavior. You can't even keep ur in check either. And u bring this into OUR recruitment thread which is low. Y ou always jump into conclusion that Heartless alway the culprit, just because U SAW one member in a pk fest and didn't even know the full story. If anyone stalking in this agruement is YOU, since every thread I saw concerning HeartLess..u alway there to discredit us and trying to make us look bad. Are you try to grievance the rest of the 80+ members that got nothing to do with this? Don't say one bad apples spoil the rest, we not apples and we separate being. Yes we in the same guild but what each other do we don't interfere, is what I like about this guild. If we do it we accept the punishment, but don't ruin our reputation just because of ur petty hating.

First, your leader basically tried to say. Well hey dk is not part of the guild so only say duncare is pking people and not more than one person in his guild. If he cant admit to who's in his own outfit then that says a lot. Second, thanks to your wonderful guild a few of my friends have quit this game. But, hey it's not your fault. You just go about spouting revenge on this guy revenge on that guy. Meanwhile innocent people get dragged in and alls your leader can say is. Imyellow this or afterburn that. Fact is heartless has created a lot of problems. You guys were apparently given a second chance. SO, to show your appreciation you go back to your old ways. Now I am not saying people in my guild are innocent either. I observe things very carefully. Your guild is out of control. But, this is a testing phase so I suspect some things will be changed in the near future. As of right now this game is losing a good chunk of new players due to this conflict. Whats going to happen in open beta with this going on? Have you ever thought about sitting down with destiny leader and trying to resolve things? I honestly dunno how this all started. But, if throwing the rule book at you guys eventually leads to stability in the server then I am all for it. I want to go back to people not having to boycott groups with each other. Or all this extra pissing content nonsense going on in shout. Fact remains though. Your members did wrong. The proof is here. No matter what you say can you clearly state that Krissy stalked and killed people so you victimized her as an act of revenge? If not you just hit another innocent person and the cycle continues.

Simple solution, break the cycle and let it die. Both sides have already stated and restated the same things about one another. Enough pointing fingers and take responcilbity for your own actions, or stop all together. Proof has been presented, I see nothing there that can deny one sides actions towards the other, and I've read the other threads as well. I don't really put myself on either side here. I hate feeling afraid of trying to level up at all, because someone has a stick up the bumm against the others guild. I refuse to point fingers or stand on either side. I've met some nice folks in Heartless, but I know alot of folks in dragon gods that are really pleasant people as well. Quit putting on a show of whose e-peen is bigger than the other and shake hands like civil people, because this isn't how people behave towards one another face to face. Game or not, this behavior has gone on long enough and someone has got to put a foot down to stop it.

AfterBurn and imYellow have nothing to do with my guild! Neither one of them are in my guild yet my guild members are targets of HeartLess. I went on world chat a few weeks back and said that we would not touch HeartLess unless it's in self defense. Following us from map to map for hours is harassing I don't care what you say. Your guild has an issue with someone else and then you take it out on anyone who is around them is what i'm seeing. I was harassed for hours over some players "revenge". The only one sided story i'm hearing is yours. I have never deliberately went and followed players. From what I have seen HeartLess takes revenge on people that hasn't even done anything to them. The harassment has got to stop already... Why don't you mention how the same group that crashed us was at pet island killing Toad and my group was there and didn't touch you guys or take "revenge"!!
iHearLess you say that you can't control your members? How about your own actions? I think you need to take responsibility for your own harassment as well. Like when I was alone in North Yan killing a mini boss and you come along and start killing me. That isn't revenge either considering I have never done anything to you. That is HARASSMENT!!! Enough said
I would appreciate this thread not being spammed! Let the GM decide.

I have smt to say. The first thing is obviously this topic is a place where you can post screenshots or videos about the beautiful things in game. So, it's wrong topic. The second thing is actually this is just one side story. I have not played for 2 weeks but I knew what happened. By the way, I just wanna make this clear. Stalking means they mess the bosses and don't let you kill it. In this case, I thought they did not mess up the boss, they just tried to kill you because you're their enemy. In my opinion, the rules that ChangYou has given is not clear at all. Pk rules were not posted. That made me confused about harassment and pk.
Just my opinions ^^:)

In the very first screen shot they messed up the boss :( so how can u say they didn't. Not just once but a few times! So thank you for pointing that out that it would be considered stalking if they did that :p Oh and FYI I am not their enemy imYellow and AfterBurn is!!! They just decide to target everyone around instead of only one person alone.

I'm not trying to save them because I don't care about them. I really hate stalking, too. I'm so sorry if what I said was not right. Anyway, be patient until Admin has smt to do with this.

First off, I don't know Kage outside of seeing him occasionally speak on world chat. Secondly, ur not explaining how I have anything to do with it. I am NOT imYellow and im NOT around him when he goes and crashes bosses w.e so maybe dont say I deserve something that I have no part of. I took over a guild of someone they dont like. THAT is why I am a target! So again I say they harrassed us hardcore last night. I never bothered before when it was just once. But 3 times clear across the map is totally different. And yes with ppl like Heartless around, this game will slowly become uninteresting!

To continue, we want to just play our game without dealing with as-snuggets chewing on our hides for playing the way we do. SURE some one pked a member of your guild. DOES THAT JUDGE ALL OF US IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS THE FELLOW THAT DID IT? No..that doesn't. It's not right to assume the entire guild is Pkers, and it's not right to assume that everyone of that guild is going to assault you, or your friends either. I hadn't touched a single soul in your guild, in fact I've run with several of your guild mates Iheartless. SURPRISINGLY ENOUGH, they are a nice bunch, but you are right when you said they are out of control. You are a guild leader, GET CONTROL. It's not that hard to do.
I'm an experienced guild leader from various games, my longest standing guild still currently exists on world of warcraft. One of the oldest guilds with the firmest standards on my home server. I know how to handle people, and to control my guild members to prevent things like this from happening and getting out of hand.
If -I- can handle it, WHY CAN'T YOU? Is there something stopping you from doing so? Or are you just that damned lazy?!

Oh no iHearLess doesnt comprhend anything like that! I indeed went to him when I became leader of my guild and told him we want peace and that the old leader had nothing to do with guild anymore. Told him we wont attack no one unless we are attacked first. My members are scared to wear their title over their heads in fear of being bullied. Its not just one target that they have "revenge" on, its anyone that isnt in their clique. I pass DunCare DK and Star all the time afk fishing, I could go kill em eh! But sense im into self defense I wouldnt do that! Stop holding everyone else responsible for one persons actions is what I think. I want to see some kind of action taken against these ppl for malicously hunting us down, not just once but 3 times. The GMs promised to uphold their rules so lets see it already.

Here here. I've been a standing member in this guild for a little over two weeks, and I've never heard so much of a peep about pking anyone in chat, or even suggestions of hunting/stalking anyone in Heartless. Heck most of the time we are busy tending to our own guild mates, and helping each other out with quests and the other such business with the guild city collections. I cannot count how many times I've seen an officer of my guild get slaughtered like lambs because of the guild they are in, or the number of times that the boss kills were stolen because some *** decided to PK them in midfight. Not only is that DISHONORABLE, it is rude, and unbecoming of your guild's demeanor. I don't give a rotting fart where you come from, or what country you are from. It is how I see it, from all sides here.

Because I dont think that other members of the community needs to be bothered with this. The GMs need to do as they say and uphold the rules that they themselves made. Look here is a fact! My guild does nothing to you and you can not ever say that I myself have ever interupted your game play in any way to actually hunt me down 3 times in one night for "revenge" this is a personal attack on me and the rules state that it isnt allowed!! Enough said.

It has happened many times b4 but was only once, not 3 times in a row same night, tracking across the map! And yes I said if nothing gets done about this we will go to another game. Just because ur involved on their side doesnt mean u come spam my thread!

this shiet started the first day when imyellow callin out for DS then added me to friendlsit then later that night came to Qin Dungeon to pk us while we killin boss>> i ahve submit the screenshot but gm said pk is part of the game so we are allow to pk whoever we like>>ppl in ur guild cant handle this kind of pressure and quit that too bad and not our problem

Well, i dont care about getting banned after i post this, but i have to say. There are only 2 group of ppl whose have been making all the troubles. The 1st group is from Serenity, and now they are in Destiny. They started to pk ppl in Qin Dungeon for a boss ( or personal reason from Pre CB). This started up all the troubles. The 2nd group is from Heartless. These guys are from zVNz if you guys still remember who they were be4 they got banned. Yes, thats Cu and Ku family. Now, they are all in Heartless. I know that ImYellow pk others and i hate him too, but he doesnt pk everyone he meets. However, whenever i come to twin island boss, i see Heartless guild members pk others for the Leaping Dragon. Is that boss that much important for them? I think it may not, but the way they communicate with others make i feel ashamed to say that im a Viet. Vietnamese teenager need to be taught more!
One group throws a third party under the bus. Other group is ready to believe first group and kill third party off the bat. Have to agree with the person who posted before me. This situation is only going to get worse. Guess will have to see what the gms decide to do. Hope they don't ban you for speaking your mind though.

No. Does that give you a right to do something so low down and dirty? No. Does that mean you can do it? Sure thing, but expect alot of grief for your actions.
Taking responciblity for your actions is part of the game as well. Why else do they have the crime point removal system in it? If you cannot deal with the fact that people are pissed off over something you did, then don't do it! It's common sense. I don't know WHAT they teach you kids over there, but here in the US, if someone wants to pk, and the group of guys he wants to kill is busy fighting a monster. He'd let them finish with the monster THEN kill them. Course if he wants to ninja the boss kill, then he'd kill DURING the boss fight. Ninja=Steal. Got me now? Okay, stay with me here, I might be rushing ahead with this statement.

Got me now? I don't give a crap what country you are from, but those two things right there, are a HUGE fault that have shown up numberous times here. And it needs to stop. iHearless, Azngirl, Krissy, Kage - why don't we put up something here for the developers to read that might remedy this from happening again instead of causing MORE grief for one another and being flat out jackasses? Excuse me? I'm not Krissy. Two different accounts, two different people. Ask any GM if you want to be a nerdraging dork about what I said. I stand firm on it. Got a problem with it? Take it to the GM's.

Fully agree, Yes we pk and wreck boss from enemy guild ONLY --> destiny and Serenity, because they did the same when our members is killing boss. As for other guild like Dragon Fury, we NEVER lay a hand on them, because they did nothing to us :)

As for iHearLess, your personal vendeta against imYellow you seem to be taking out on anyone that knows him. I asked you before if we could keep peace between our guilds and you simply ignored it. I see HeartLess members everywhere and I don't bother them! Yet HeartLess stalks my members to try to intimadate them! If you have something against imYellow and AfterBurn, cant u wait until they arent around innocent people?! Then again that doesnt explain why u attacked and tried killing me when I was alone either! You have taken your dislike towards imYellow (which has nothing to do with me or my guild) and turned it on us. Im asking for this to stop please!! Its truly unfair that we can't even have a fair chance at any of the bosses because your guild comes and wrecks it for us. So in order for us to actually play in peace we have to sit in town all day? That truly isn't fair!
Krissy isnt in serenity or destiny just checked what guild shes in. Shes in some weird character name guild. So, just come clean say you hate everyone who isnt apart of your guild.

Has anyone ever heard of an assination against a ruler of a country? In 99.9% of the cases it is the ruler targeted, not everyone surrounding him or his followers because the ruler is the enemy, he is the one making decisions and taking the actions. Now if Ry and Jet are the enemy and they are the ones taking the actions, then maybe they should be the targets. This isnt democracy this is slaughter to anyone that knows Ry and Jet. I'm done with the drama and if you want to kill me countless times then so be it. Wont hear another complaint from me again.

One of the main sources of all this drama is the way the rules are set up. In some situations, there is no clear way to know if someone is breaking the rules or not. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, because this game has potential, but all this conflict is causing a lot of players to quit. I have faith that after the item mall is set up and Changyou has money to hire more GMs, and have GMs on for longer, more will be done to enforce ingame rules.
Also, I think that they should get rid of the pk rules, keep the safe zones (and make more), and take out the ability to track other players. And take out the rule against boss killing. Yes, it's rude, but if someone is strong enough to take their boss from them, then don't they have the right to try? What other purpose does pk serve, other than to take something from other players, or to get revenge.
On the other hand, if someone is just going around stalking and killing someone's boss, that player should be banned.
Hopefully this would make things a lot less confusing.

There's a lot of broken systems in the game. Fact that you can friend anyone and find out where they are is bad enough. These groups even go as far as to post low level watchers to certain entrances to see who passes by. So, dunno whats going to happen to this game in the long run. But, I don't see anything being worked out until all these bots and goldsellers are taken care of.

watcher system is a very common mmorpg trick..and as far my memory goes u put watchers too during my days in US server=)..so u are not in position to question it^^

I can see why you would be attacked if you were in a guild war, but I was attacked while luring last night. At least two people in my team were in neutral guilds.
As far as I know, he didn't have a team for the boss, just purposely did it to ruin ours. It's rather annoying -_-
Kinda ruins my fun in game a bit though, the only time I go to do bosses I almost never successfully finish them. But oh well, this is why all i do is rebels. :D
