graphics issue

im having an issue with graphics, i login into the game, get to the character selection...and my player is all blue? i can see his hair and weapon just fine but the rest is blue...so when i log in to the actual game its the same thing except i can see the mounts just fine no problem, but all the players are blue? any help on this would be great....oh and im running on a laptop, win xp
64 meg vid card, 2.8 gig processor...all drivers are updated...

hi givemeabrk, i suggest you to check your display card , it must be some problems of the display card that made some part of the game blue,hope that help ,thank your for your support~

What is your Video card? (Nvida, ATI, ect) Second, "64 meg vid card" you mean that the memory capacity of your video card is 64 MB? If that is so, this game might not work for you. You would need a bit more. So like a 128 MB at lest, but I would recommend getting a card with 512 MB memory. Hope this helps you find out what is going on. Best of luck!

Seems like the problem is in the video card to me... mine blew up on me so I use a crappy one that gives me black lines across the map..

my laptop meets both the basic and recommended requirements for running the game. and yes all my comps have nvidia cards..even my junker with a
32 meg vid card, 512 megs ram, 1gig processor runs this game just fine.
so my laptop with 512 ram,2.8gig processor,64meg vid card should also run it. also if i can play Mu online, eudemons, 2moons, talisman online,i shouldn't have a problem with this game...so im stumped...thanks for the help.

No problem. Sorry I couldn't help more. One more thing though. Have you tried re-installing/repairing?

i did a repair and tried it again, im getting closer at least now when i go to charater selection screen my player has clothes now...but face and hands are blue, log into the game itself and all players are blue still....i dont know whats up...i tried reinstalling the game after that same thing...so i guess i stick with playing it on my junk tower lol.
