I read the other post which gave some nice advice on pets.
However none of that mentioned which pets have those abilities.
So if you are looking to either grind or pvp which would be the best starting pet (or pets) for each endeavor?

For me pet devided into 2 type
1:From level 45 65 75 85(85 im not sure in game have it right now)
Lv:45 = Tigger - Brave for PK
Lv:65 = Bear - Loyaltype + Add MP(Skill book) This will save u alot of money buying mana
Lv 75:Horse - Brave or Loyal
Here is the tricky part
Lv 5= turtle
Lv 5= Crocodile (It display is lv 5 but it's really level 35 pet HP its higher than the turtle if you use skill book mana add to it)
Mist damange is decent but when you get x2 dmg on apponents thats when your pet deal alot alot of damange so for PK use horse if you are lv 75 if under best is use tigger
Stay away from type BALANCE stat point reason is those type are not suitable for Mist

and what rare lvl or maybe the savvy minimum...

If you are looking for a grinding pet, then go for a deflecting pet with adv.counterattack, adv. Reflection, adv. Flexible and if you have alot of money, roar ss as well as devotion/adv.Devotion.
For a PvP pet, you should get a Cautious pet with adv. Mana drain, stumble, adv.calmdown, and god blessing.

For stamina pet go for Stegosaurs / Rhinos.

it all really depends on the type.. i only listed bolt wing as PvP pet is because most bolt wings you see are timid .. timid isn't bad for pvp if you don't have alot of money to spend on ss.
and my in game name is LoveMadrid. lv 88 minstrel .. quitted a long time ago and gave my account to a friend. :(

Cautious = crippling
Brave = Ferocious
There is no tenacious. Not in DO
Loyal = guarding
You are missing deflecting
Ferocious, Timid both are single targetted damage dealers where you put skills like Adv. bitterly hit, adv. Combo, adv, smash and sometimes Ice storm/deadly poison/fire storm/ thunderstorm.
Crippling pets are more of a PK pet. You put side effects and debuffs such as Adv.Spirit Drain (drains mana), adv.calmdown (drains rage. Good against taos.), adv. Distract ( weakens spi and phy def by about 2000 at lv 90) and adv.stumble (slows ms by 40%), and adv.possession (sleep both the pet and the target for 15s)/adv.god blessing (makes its master immune to all attack for 15s) on it to assist you in PvP. Adv. Flexible is also an option.
Guarding pets are also for pvp/ mana/ hp. Guarding pets usually have skills such as Adv. Scapegoat (take debuffs from its master), adv guard (blocks critical hits), adv, dedication/adv.BS/adv devotion as well as some advanced attribute buffs depending on what you need the pet for.
Deflecting pets are for solo training and can receive up to 10 mil exp per hour if you have a good solo pet. A general solo pet have adv. Counterattack, adv. Reflection, adv. flexible and adv. Devotion/roar ( recommended) depending on how mich money you are willing to invest.

Only if ur bolt wing is Timid or Cautious type. Otherwise, it will take forever to cast the skill.
