How do you get a mount, where do you get it, what level do you need to be to get one... Etc, etc, etc...

from what I have gathered, you get an osterage (no idea how thats spelled) at level 25 from the novice pack, then at 40 you can buy a class mount, and at I think 60 you can buy a better class mount.

*edit* the osterage (sp?) is only for 7 days, then apparently disappears.
