Cant Download files after launching

Ive just finished installing the game and update but i made my expansion folder inside the dragon oath folder itself.

im not sure if this is why the game loading bar after i launch doesnt make any progress at all..

Anyone have any ideas i could try?? ty~:(

this error came up while installing the game in my install log.. Cannot create Bin\msvcr71.dll
