to whomsoever it may concern,
just stop muting people for nothing ! i am playing zion server since 2 years now , nd i am watching my frnds getting muted for no reason , if this all depends on talking **** in yell , then many players such as astipogony(sry if i dont remember the exact name in case) ,switch ,YONG , nd many other like them have enough creeped nd talked insultively in yell , but they have never been seen getting muted or w/e . if the game is all about one guild nd its ally getting all the benefits then clearly tell others to quit the game so tht we dont waste our money nd more impotantly time on being insulted nd muted :mad:

all people can clearly see tht DO is being partial on its game related decisions ! atleast u need to stop this nonsense ! :mad:

Can someone pls explain y gago and xxDaddyxx was restricted, when themselves dnt kw and no one has seen any evidence of them on YELL being offensive? If it is just based on being reported on by someone to get restricted then I will just report on who ever i dnt like?....:confused:

Thank you for all who was concerned, gago was muter for using a bot?????? He has never used one and all who play with him kws how much and how hard he trains, does quest, etc... So please be aware that you can be restricted for doing utterly nothing...Oh and before u tell me he should report this, he has... it just a caution to my friends.. and for the person who falsely reported him.. just one word gutless..:mad:

why make it into a bad thread? you can argue or complain without using negative words or what not. to keep it clean is to not insult or yell at anyone that would otherwise cause trouble.

if you have a problem, either message the devs or fill out the customer service form and send it to them and have them sort out this problem.

Please contact customer service. Mutes and bans are only applied after CS receives reports from a player and investigate the issue.

If you can't behave in this thread, I will close it down. :)

At the risk of being excommunicated from the forum, R U SERIOUS? CS recieved a report about gago botting, investigated it and then must have determine that it was true and banned his account? I put my 95 Lotus Chintamani account on the line if this was true, I will delete my account myself, which I know means nothing to you guys at DO. This is just too funny....gago doesnt even buy tokens, he thinks it make the game to easy for him and now he has been reported and ban for botting... Oh the irony...

Muted come from reports if you want someone to be muted for any reason you right click their nick in yell and hit report if lots of diferent ppl hit report they get muted, most of the time i hit ignore to ppl sayin bad words and report to gold spammers, but other people hit report for people cursin in yell, be advise that main language in yell is english other language can be reported

takes lots of reports, but i suppose after g m check logs.. bad cursin and not english language is on the rules i think... if some1 is bad cursin hit report they will get ignore automatically and gold spammers and gm will check on nick.. and if others do report they get muted and later banned if its repeated reportin

The reports alert CS to a potential problem. They then review the logs of what the player was saying to cause the reports. If it's a legitimate claim (the player WAS cursing etc), they then get muted. If it's a vendetta from a group of players against one, then nothing happens.
