cant log in because activation key [i have 2]

i cant log in to the game...that always tell me to put my activation key
but i did that,and when i try to put my activation key again the site tell me
"Your account has been activated, there is no need to re-enter your Pre-Closed Beta Key."

and i come to the game and i got again the same error

btw...i opened another account with another key and i got the same error :\

I have applied for the game account and activate the game, but open the log converters but can not login the game, shown above account is not activated, how is the matter?
