Do players that already reach lvl 70 get all of the gift pack cuzz me and aishiteru already at 70+ and we dont get anything?
which i dont think it fair we work so hard and we got nothing..One more thing i want to be cleared about the dragon ball..do i collect 7 of the same color or 1 of each 7 diff color?

The gift packs start at lv 1. they just dont appear on your older character so you have to make a new character to get the gift packs.

This Newbie Gift Package is for new players/characters who first log on.
So the only way to get one, is making a new character.
