please do ban...last week when I was walking on the street in Suzhou some1 was randomly swearing in viet (some1 told me it was anyways). mods pleez take some action >__< I guess you can't really do anything if they are doing it in private chat, but what about those that are yelling it out and stuff?? are there no consequence for this kind of behavior?

dude this kind of talking is some1 from the viet server for sure because i've seen this kinda language for every single day when i spent my time there ...
"duel and delete acc if you lose" is a stupid choice to convince others to have a pvp with you...
if you lose...who cares if you do del. yur account or not...no1 knows :-O

I think possibly you can..if you understand what they are talking about. This case...endless doesn't seem to understand what the other person is saying...which make it more annoying because that person doesn't seem to stop sending whisper xD

I don't think it's personal harassment problem anymore...some people do this repeadedly over world channel where they make an unpleasant environment for the other players.
what i like to know is, does the "report" button do anything when you click it? (do this by right-clicking their name)

anyways hopefully theres actual in-game GMs in the CB

The chat filter only works on English. You can see that it doesnt work on other languages. :D I dont think that GM can understand what they mean until i translate them to English.

fob is a short way of saying "fresh off the boat" for those asian who migrated from their homeland to the US for w.e reason, and in the case of viet people it applied to those that fled vietnam to US, Australia,etc after the Vietnam war of 1975, which is consider insulting term for most people who've been called by that term. Now the term is also uses (idk if it's everywhere in US, but pretty common in So Cal) to separate the US born asian with the other type of asian who got their mother language accent when speaking English. Since this is an English server, how about ban or suspend their ability to speak in any chat or just ban/suspend account...or how about IP blocks on countries that are not licensed to operated in a specific region. =D
