My opinions about testing!

Testing means players play the game to find out bugs or errors in the game. We are testers who are playing to help you guys do those work. In my opinion, why don't staff open all the maps, let us join in all the events in the game. So we can help you guys improve the game and prepare for the CB and OB. Also, there will be a character wipe at the end of PCB, all the things we did will be nothing. Why don't staff let testers be lvl 90 or 100, so it will be easier for us in testing and we will not feel sad after all characters are wiped(we did many things through the PCB):)Those are my opinions. How about you guys? What are your opinions?

I don't think you guys understand the process of testing. Yeah of course going to the areas not open yet would help a lot, but what about the areas that are open. Has every turn of the game been checked, have you read every text, walked every step of every map, make sure areas are what they supposed to be? 98% of the community aren't even writting up bugs and the ones that do want the prizes only. All I see is a bunch of bugs for 1 day to get enoguh to win the event then stop until 2 weeks when the event is back again and they can get the prizes again. So if your going to write a sincere thread about testing at least be serious about it before writing.

How long are you gonna test this out? 1 month? 1 year? or 10 year? Game producers have better tools to fix and test them out. We, gamers, are only supposed to play and spend our money in game. We are willing to help you guys test, but testing is just a minor job for gamers. Go check other game forum and see. There is alway a place for bugs reports even when the game is running officially. Im sure that you can understand what it is for, right? There is noway you gamer alone can find all the bugs. We can only find small and minor bugs when we are playing the game.

For the closed beta, as you can see what MrBanana said, GM always set character level at 90-100 and open all the maps for player in CB testing. They want to test the server capacity and big bugs out. The CB process always happens in 2 weeks - 1 months in other games. It sure takes a long time here, so that ppl are getting bored and tired of this. They make us train from level 1, give us low drop rate, take out events and clock some maps. I dont know if this make any better than other online game companies. What i am sure is we are already tired! :(

yes very long time and i m quitin >the longer they testin the more ppl goin to quit>Have Thai get ready we goin back to Cabal>Tire of frustratin of stalkin GM dont do **** about it I never play anygame where they allow stalkers..i m sure those morons didnt help u find any bug y allow them to play and i m very sure they on warefare so they wont be spendin any money to buy ****..I m leavin and some of my friends will follow me i m glad i dont have to waste my money here..Open cb fix bug as we play!No games is perfect there always some bugs....Here an example what stalker do: we out killin boss they show up wait till boss almsot dead then pk us then they ran away let boss kill us which they dont get crime boss hp reset..Well Gm if u favor thsoe kind of action to make that 1 or 2 stalkers happy then u lose 40 to 50 other gamers..i know i talked alot **** in wolrd chat to get ur attention but those stalkers action speak loouder then my words...peace out and keep up (lol)

I'm serious. I'm talking about the ways to make testing process better, not only about find out bugs:)

You have to consider the opinion of others players, not just yourself. You and some others might be enjoying this pre-CB period where it had been going for 2months worth of playing and be fine with the fact that your char will get wipe, but there are others who aren't happy with it. Keep in mind not everyone has the same goal in playing a game like you. Furthermore like most people said, testing bugs is merely an excuse. Even if we waited for years for the OB or even Final stage of the game to be release, there WILL STILL BE BUGS. What we can do is help out the GM to locate those bug AS WE GO ALONG IN OUR D.O JOURNEY. Thus these so called "bugs" that you see, is it major? Answer it honestly, do you see any major bugs in-game now? As for Syd response in other topic, it's true that there are internal problems, but we players are not GM. We do not have the tools to help you with that. And as far as I see it, that so called "internal problems" does not seem to affect my game play, so I don't see what's the big deal is. My mission here is done, I myself lost interest in waiting with these delays and will go back to Drift City. peace.

wow that really sucks... but i think this type of situation will happen even in ob. It's not really against any ruls so i don't think GM will do anything about it. Just get stronger or have other friends to watch your back... go stalk them and do the same thing to them. Im sure if those people keep this up, the whole server will know their name and they'll be rejected from parties.

Opinion about testing, isnt it? Money is an important part for the testing also. LOL. How much money we can spend in game is also really important. GMs dont open game for free. :D

Keep in mind this topic was opened for the thoughts of pre-CB testing Penni. There is no cash shop whatsoever so money being directly involve with the game is not an option. As for Menphisto, lets just say you're right about some1 else started being off-topic first, however that doesn't mean you have to follow them right? But you did, so you're no different than whoever you said to be the one started being off-topic.

As of this topic, I don't know what the GM and Admin are doing but there isn't much of their response compare with the players....
