Many persons frustrated with assassin antics rushed to purchase ADV Penetrate only to be sorely disappointed
Can someone describe the rule regarding (adv) penetrate and the ability to be seen? During my entire life as an assassin, I've heard much speculation...
Does it have to do with????
PET LEVEL?
INVISIBILITY BOOK LEVEL?
CHAR LEVEL?
SEA LEVEL?
Any help or insight is appreciated.

Invisibility is what defines an Assasin :D
To be able to see Assasin ur skills have to be same as the sin skills lv or higher and ur pet Lv has to be 20+ higher then the sin skills u wanna see wid Adv pent
Lets say ur Lv 9x and ur skills are 8x and the sin u wanna see is also 9x wid skills 8x then u need a Lv 10x pet wid Adv pent

No it has to be 20 levels higher than the sin's skill book..

there are too many rumors regarding it.. i think you just have to be below sea level in order to see the assasin, clearly if they are drowning, they won't be invisible anymore !

rumors aside I know that a REAL (books are in line with their level) 8x9x assassin is very hard to see.

Lol yeah.. its not that useful... but adv.penetrate can see primary hidden tho.. adv. penetrate is to sometimes prevent alts wrecking.. it can definitely see 4x5x6x as long as your pet is 90+.

Well yes 8x9x sins are almst impossible to see :D An Assasin with Lv 91 skill cant be seen by any on server, because max Lv cap is 100 and pet can get max 110 Lv so is Any1 wid Lv 110 pet can see sin whos skills are 89 or lower

I know this is the Assassin thread, so I'm sure many won't agree, but how bout a ripple effect whenever assassin walks :):):) bahahahaha
Penetrate = pet must be at least 30 level higher
Adv Penetrate = pet must be at least 20 level higher
........ but I forgot if it must be higher than feat level or character level.

oh hey .. although I've never seen it.. if you could see assassins just using penetrate and having pet 30+ levels from feat level.. that would be cool.

it seems the effect of adv penetrate has changed. now people with pets only 10 lvls higher than my feat lvl can see me.

In my opinion, penetrating is completely useless. If you want to penetrate sins then get adv. penetrate SS.
Pets 20 lvls higher than your invisible level book can penetrate you, not your feat lvl.
if its feat level then it must be primary hidden

oh i worded it wrong. a lvl 71 pet can see me with adv penetration and my skill Invisibility is lvl 60. i think that is clearer?...
In my opinion, penetrating is completely useless. If you want to penetrate sins then get adv. penetrate SS.

if its feat level then it must be primary hidden
penetrate isn't useless. It can see other class and make their Primary Hidden completely useless :) But for Sin, yeah, you really need an adv one.
