Swithme has some builds, but they're a little bit outdated now that PCB came out, and some of the information is wrong.
Full Stamina
This is the most common build, and it gives Lotus Order a much higher defense and more HP. This is a good build because later on Lotus Order gets a skill to buff by % of their HP, so the more they have the more they can buff.
Full Intelligence
This isn't a very common build, at least from what I know. This build gives Lotus Order more power and lets them use their powerful skills. It also brings out their potential to do damage, as they're the second strongest nukers in the game.
Full Willpower
I don't think anyone has done this build in PCB, and probably almost no one in any other versions. This build gives you spirit defense and more MP to use to buff, so you'll run out of MP less. I wouldn't exactly recommend this, because you would have a much lower Physical defense and of course less HP.
Full Dexterity
I'm not sure how good this build is, but it sounds like it'll work a little. It adds more hit and dodge to your Lotus Order, and you'll start missing less. Also, for classes that have very low hit, you'll be able to dodge them occasionally. I wouldn't recommend this, and would advise anyone to stick to the INT or STA build ( or if you want to be original, the WPO )
