can someone tell me plz.the game guide is saying public officer is highest then mission then interior and they can all promote and demote members to trader.

but public officer cant do tht in game nor can they refund guild fund which is kinda weird why they gve tht thing.and then it said they can promote and demote.forget abt demote i cant even promtoe anyoen to trader from mision officer either.only interior can do those.so whts with wrong guide?

=.= Public is the lowest in all the officers.. Interior or above (Deputy and Leader) can promote or demote, deputy and leader can accept members, Mission officers and Public Officer above can do trade without being a trader but mission officer's rank is higher :)

ever since the game economy isnt so good , the ppl tht was suppose to be in charge of this were all gone :D
