I saw this at Eu forum and thot of sharing :D and the vids and in cn or vn idk but hope this helps
Agree or not, Minstrel and Assassin are two most exciting classes in the game with very flexible skill combination for pvp. You can't always predict the result of the battles in which those two classes attend. Win or lose depends not only on the character's strength, but also on gamer's control skill and tactics. Assassin is well-known for its sudden attacks and mobility, while Minstrel is the master of traps and negative effects.
What Minstrel has in hand?
Flying Shadow - the best teleport skill with super fast cool down time. Together with Warth of Flames reduces enemy's speed by 30%. Who can reach Minstrel in term of speed?
Mark of the Skull and Punishing Trap cause blindness.
Huge Bang decreases a large amount of MP.
Power of Ice Water and Disorienting Trap cause silence. 6 seconds for each. 12 seconds altogether.
And, most terrible, Frenzied Fire Ball with double damage effect
How about Assasin?
Eventhough Blink Effect cools down slower than Flying Shadow, it gives you 2 seconds invisible. Assassin also has Fleet Footed to increase mobility.
Healing Blindness remove blindness. But if you use it, you will be not able to use Epic Warfare which increases a lot of Crit. So it's the matter of choices.
Combo skills: invisible + Death Trance (incapacitates the target) + Crippling Aura (additional damage) + Epic Warfare (increase crit rate) + Glacial Spike + Frost Nova (incapacitates again) + Forceful Strike + Snowflake Production + Glyph of Binding + Leap Attack + invisible. This combo easily drinks a huge amount of enemy's HP while he couldn't do anything to resist.
A series of skills to disappear anytime.
102 artifact weapon slows down enemy's movement speed, Decrease HP
How Assassin utilizes their strengths?
Flexibly use Death Trance, Frost Nova and Glyph of Binding to neutralize Minstrel's mobility. Minstrel, for sure, will not just stand and bear the whole combo but they will try to escape (Flying Shadow to teleport away, Binding Pattern to freeze you or Power of Ice Water to shut you up). So the key word is speed. Don't give Minstrel a moment to cast any skill on you. If they do, you can run, hide and wait for the next attack.
You can never give a Minstrel the whole combo, so choose the most powerful ones: Death Trance + Crippling Aura + Glacial Spike + Frost Nova + Forceful Strike -> then run
Pay attention to your effect status, if you are weaken by Frienzied Fire Ball, try to run at any cost.
How Minstrel changes the situation?
Use Ward of Nymph instead of Ward of Flames. It adds burning effect to all traps. When Assassin is burned, he can't go invisible. Ocean Billows is the most useful trap in this case because it has very wide range.
However, using Ward of Nymph is quite risky because Assassin is not slowed down anymore. And for clever Assassins, they can easily find a way to wait until 12 seconds burning is over.

First attack:
Assassin successfully escapes from Minstrel's Power of Ice Water with Death Trance. Now, Minstrel uses all his rage while Assassin haven't really attacked yet.
Second attack:
Assassin invisibly gets close to Minstrel and suddenly uses both Crippling Aura and Frost Nova (press two buttons at the same time). Then, he uses the special skill from the eighth book to freeze Minstrel for... 10 seconds. And there is not a chance for Minstrel.
Conclusion
Anyways, above is just an example. Minstrel is a very strong opponent and hard to deal with. In current version, they have more advantages and Assassin must be really calm, skillful, experienced as well as lucky to win. I hope that all Assassin and Minstrel members will share their strategies here so we can find the game more interesting.

these two are not the most excited classes , go cn n see , mins VS pyro , pyro wins thts excited true skill , Mins VS Murong totally ownage hard for mins , n for sin sometimes it depens on skills so we cant rly compare well if we dont make it out of the 10classes

Assassin's aoe is too scary, especially with the full rage skill-Epic Warfare.

wen assasin's duel each other usually its pre-decided that no-one will use invi..... but its still boring since its pretty much mindless tank nd spank:p

most sin player are noob and no idea how to pvp, so all do same thing, not many of them accually learn how to use all there skilll to full ptoential that why you mostly see them hide, stun then tank hopeing they win.... at least that all i see sin do in nirvaina.. Find some one who accually know how to play sin and it really fun pvp :D

;) sin aint supposed to tank.... juz hide stun attack hide.... keep doing this until ur enemy dies.... the only class sins more or less need to tank r lotus coz they can heal wen u hide :P

LOL nd wot surprises me more is that many people cry abt sin's hiding skills....
we got 5 stealth skills then y wont we use it :eek:its like asking a tao not to stun or a mins not to set traps:(

yea but they got crappy crit hit def. I toke out an higher lvl royaily in around 15 sec without 1 point of damage. he also got an bloody axe atm it happen.

do u knw royalty has the lowest crit.they get 1 crit hit and def every 23 agi #3#3 while sin gets at every 14 so sin can beat royalty in crit battle anyday

if your asking me that yes. I did try every class. and I know some begger that eat royalty. sorry that one posted on begger vs royalty. is lame all 1 side no even dare say any of the begger good points. ok back on task with this post. dark is there an US friendly typo of them clips

I find it best not to use epic warfare on mins. They have 2 skills to cause blindness...and pain enhancement causes heavy damage, and Epic Warfare doesn't guarantee a crit hit. Also, i don't use agile boots until the minstrel uses ensnare and tries to use disorienting trap on me. The rest is timing invis. correctly and hoping i'm not screwed over and miss glacial spikes...every time the aoe misses i feel cheated. :(
hmm...with the new hidden weapon seal if u hav the 6 second paralyze or a 5 second blind then u can hav a 12 second combo with death trance>crippling aura>binding touch>hw seal>glacial>leap attack>snowflake>frost nova>pain enhancement hw cast..then invisi..:)gives pretty decent dmg but the paralyze can be cancelled by few classes 50% rage skill and same goes for blind..
ive noticed that lots of ppl r now gettin tank pets with adv devo which, against sins is mostly focused at completely wasting crippling aura..spookin them into using it with other attacks doesnt really work anymore n cant kill a tank pet during adv possession on the enemy....:confused: only thing i cud come up with was to use adv pos on enemys pet from invisi > frozen exchange on the enemy(to get them away from their pet so crippling doesnt cancel pos) >agile boots>death trance..n then rest of combo until adv pos ends, however it never works in team fights cuz of the aoes flyin about..:

if adv pos isn't enough you could go for a stam pet that also has reg. or adv devotion. or you can do what we do best and cloak until their dev is over. crippling aura is good but we shouldn't be so reliant on it.
someone said lvl 80 relic for sin is a long period stun? stun them and slaughter their pet. then slaughter them.

Its not excatly a stun but like Tao sleep :D i think its 12 sec or 15 sec sleep not sure

No its like ensnare.. The victim is immune to attacks while in that state

Its more ensare than sleep but yeah lets say kinda ensare/sleep...
Player wake up when is "attacked" but still is inmune till ensare goes it last a lot idk like 10 or 12 secs

i'm not sure about ensnare or the tao sleep, but with some skills the player can still heal their pet when stunned...so my idea might not work anyway if they can heal the pet.

no-one can heal pets if stunned, asleep or blind :D However, Mins can ensnare Sin, kill pet, now thts again 2 vs 1...same goes for sin, they can bind mins, kill pet and bingo :D

Theres a pet skill on china removes ensare.
