Since there is so many things I love about this game I will make a list. ^^
- Historical Chinese game ( I love chinese history and this is a major + for me)
- Trade skilling ( The life skills are awesome and very complicated which I love
- PvP ( Since the novel and movies are basically battle filled this runs well with the game. )
- Manual Leveling ( You can choose when to level so you can get mass exp for quests, spend exp for skills, or just want to chill out )
- Lock System ( Hacking accounts will be twice as hard now )
- Yelling lock ( Gold sellers will be turned off of the 2 min yell times )
- Instances ( There are solo and 3+ party instances, gotta love it )
- Personal Loot ( No more fighting over loot, players get their own even in parties )
- Mass Daily Events ( who can get bored with a bunch of events to do daily )
- Special monthly events ( Soccer!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
- Treasure Map ( love this instance solo quest )
- Transport ( brining trade routing into a mmo is rare very unique and a great way to earn a little extra cash )
- Weddings ( awesome stuff, again rare to find an actual game with a weddign system )
- Owning a guild run city ( awesome is the only word that comes to thought)
- Owning your own shop ( selling stuff while no stand needed )
- Setting up peddle stand ( if you have extra time sell for free to players )
- Upgrading weapons, armor, and accessories
- Crafting rare equipment though life skills
- Mentoring students
- Mass amounts of rewards everywhere you look
This list could go on forever, but I have to say that this game has the most content I have ever seen in any MMO ever. Keep it up Changyou!!!!!!!!!!

LOL I was going to reply, but Wanfei just posted everything I might have said.
So I will emphasize these:
- Trade skilling ( I'm a huge crafter, and love this! Although I'm a bit sad that you have to fight to advance your crafting.)
- Manual Leveling ( This is awesomely cool!!! I have always found games level you too fast - yes, I'm crazy, please don't flame me for my opinion - and it is nice to be able to slow myself down when I want to get to know an area.)
- Yelling lock ( This can be frustrating but I hope it gets rid of those annoying gold spammers )
- Personal Loot (This is just awesome too. No more loot stealing!!!)
- Mass Daily Events ( So much to do!!! )
- Special monthly events (Again, so much to do!)
- Treasure Map & Transport ( I love this. I can happily do it over and over and over. )
- Mentoring students (Many games have this, but I love how this game actually makes you have to spend time with your apprentices)
And also to add:
- Pets! (I love pets. I love that there's a complex system that's more than just go and get one, that's the same as everyone else's.)
- Customization (The gems and inscribing can keep you entertained and busy for ages, to improve a favorite weapon or armor piece. Very cool.)

I like the way how the game encourages community. At first, I didn't like how some of the quests forced me to meet other people...and working with them has been a privlege and an honor. Also, there's a lot of customizations to choose from and it is something that I really like. I like the funny words of the characters as well as the different types of skills that are available to me (although they are expensive...). And the fact that there are so many things I could do if I am tired of doing one thing, I could do something else.
1. crafting
2. treasure hunting
3. planting stuff =p
4. mining
5. chatting with random ppl..so community i guess

the fact that this game is based off one of my favorite novel of all time
